A strong, talented Sous Chef is required for a award winning gastro pub in warwickshire.
The new appointed Exec Chef has an amazing culinary background and is looking for a Sous Chef with passion, commitment and determination. In return he can offer great training, development and culinary expertise.
The food style will be modern European with exciting twists - very different from the norm gastro pub food. Food will be to 2AA Rosette standard or above. There is a brigade of around 5 in the kitchen.
As Sous Chef, you will be repsonsible for assisting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen; managing the brigade, stock control and ordering, dealing with suppliers, assisting in menu planning and costing and motivating and supporting the brigade.
