The new appointed Exec Chef has an amazing culinary background and is looking for chefs with passion, commitment and determination. In return he can offer great training, development and culinary expertise.
The food style will be modern european with exciting twists - very different from the norm gastro pub food. Food will be to 2AA Rosette standard or above. There is a brigade of around 5 in the kitchen.
As Chef de Partie you will be repsonsible for assisting the Head and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen; daily prep and service, ensuring sections are well managed and organised, stock control and assisting in the training and developing of junior chefs.
