An excellent opportunity has arose for a talented sous chef to join this award winning kitchen working with talented innovative chefs creating the most mouth watering dishes from fresh produce.
You will have previous experience working in such an establishment and could either be an established sous chef or possibly a junior sous ready to take the step up the career ladder where you will work directly with the head chef helping to push this team forward.
You will be responsible for the running of the kitchen in the head chefs absence along with helping to write menus etc.
