Job Description
As Assistant C B Operations Manager You will oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the C&B operations reporting to the C&B operations Manager, ensuring all rooms/suites are layed up and ready for functions. Ensuring all waiters know about the days events, and that the functions and conferences run smoothly at all times. Recruiting , training and managing the department within budget are also involved.
Skills and Experience
You must have at least 2 years experience as a C&B Supervisor or assistant Manager in a quality hotel operation looking for your next Management role as Assistant C B Operations Manager. Own transport is an advantage due to location.
