This is a busy hotel in Cambridge with fantastic Conference and leisure facilities. They are currently seeking a strong Junior Sous to join their kitchen brigade, aiding the Head Chef and working alongside the Sous Chef.
We’re seeking a career minded person who is keen to progress in their career and continue to develop their knowledge and skills.
This vacancy is also an opportunity to learn about kitchen management and you will begin to get involved in menu creation, costings and working to GP’s.
Working as part of brigade of 6 chefs this represents a real chance to progress and develop your skills in new areas.
