We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie in the Cumbria area of the Lake District, to work in a beautiful rosette hotel.
This high quality red star hotel is seeking a chef who is passionate and full of enthusiasm, and wanting to establish their career and secure their future.
The kitchen serves high quality fresh food in their fine dining restaurant and all the dishes are sourced from fresh, local ingredients.
The perfect candidate would have to be willing to go above and beyond to challenge themselves, working well in a team environment as well as being a motivated individual. You should have some catering experience and knife skills, qualifications would be a bonus.
This job would be perfect for a Commis with high aspirations for their future or a Demi Chef de Partie wanting to get a rosette establishment under their belt. If the fast past life and adrenaline fuelled industry isn’t enough for you then there is the huge incentive of having live in accommodation.
