We have placed the Head Chef and our client now seeks a Sous Chef with lots of ideas and energy to join the team and contribute to the kitchen.
You will need to have experience of working with fresh food and be able to create a high standard of food using what’s best local and seasonal.
You may have a Hotel background and be eager to fine-tune your skills or maybe a cracking Chef de Partie trapped in a team and eager to progress.
