Chef de Partie required for an exclusive hotel located in Gloucestershire
The Role:
This position requires an experienced Chef de Partie who is capable of working on a section during service to a 2 AA Rosette standard.Although the hotel has a 2 AA Rosette restaurant it also has banqueting facilities and a bar menu.This position offers excellent opportunities to progress and develop, making this position an excellent prospect.
Requirements:
Candidates for this position need to be experienced Chef de Parties who have had a stable career within a minimum of 1 AA Rosette accredited properties.This position would suit a Chef de Partie who is willing to work hard in order to assist the team in developing further.
