Pastry Chef de Partie required for a fantastic hotel located in Gloucestershire
The Role:
Chef de Partie required to work on the pastry section at this hotel that has a 2 AA Rosette accredited restaurant as well as banqueting facilities.In this position you will be working to produce the pastry items, ensuring that their quality matches the dishes from the hot kitchen.
Requirements:
This position requires an experienced Chef de Partie that has knowledge of the pastry section and wants to progress their career on the pastry section.The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who has a stable background in a minimum of 1 AA Rosette accredited properties.
