ALTHOUGH THIS OPERATION IS A HOTEL, IT’S GENERALLY ALL ABOUT THE RESTAURANT, AND THEIR FOCUS IS ON EXCITING MODERN FOOD USING THE BEST QUALITY INGREDIENTS FROM THE LOCAL AREA.
THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A CHEF WITH EXCELLENT COOKING SKILLS AND THAT SPECIAL ABILITY TO BE A SOLID LINK BETWEEN THE HEAD AND THE MORE JUNIOR CHEFS IN THE TEAM.
YOU’LL BE HEAVILY INVOLVED IN MENU IDEAS AND KITCHEN MANAGEMENT AND WILL ALSO PLAY A MAJOR PART IN STAFF TRAINING, LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION.
SO THERE’S PLENTY TO GET INVOVED WITH HERE. YOU’LL BE COOKING FANTASTIC FOOD, WORKING WITH PROFESSIONALS, AND WILL BE LEARNING NEW SKILLS AND GAINING MORE EXPERIENCE.
