A spectacular establishment that serves Modern fresh British cuisine in its rosette awarded kitchen is searching for a Sous Chef to complete its brigade of six. Situated in St Neots this Contemporary Brasserie has 12 rooms and can cater for up to 80 covers in an evening.
The kitchen prides itself on using fresh produce to create its seasonal dishes. The Head Chef is keen to help his staff progress forward through the industry and is always keen to share his knowledge and experience with his staff.
The correct candidate should have a solid and strong background within a similar establishment and it would be beneficial but not essential for you to have worked in a kitchen of rosette standard or have NVQ2 or above. You will need to have experience at Sous Chef level, and be confident enough o take charge of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
