You must be hard working and dedicated to good quality, with a history of working in a rosette standard, fine dining environment.
It is vital that you have worked at Sous Chef level before as you will be expected to hit the ground running and be able to confidently take on the Head Chef’s responsibilities in his absence.
This kitchen uses only the finest ingredients and supports its local suppliers to create a seasonal and traditional menu served everyday and also a weekly changing al a carte menu serving simple, fresh food in a carefully created limited menu, to get the best use of all the flavours.
