The establishment is one of Yorkshire's exciting eatieries where they source all produce locally and use only the finest freshest ingredients.
The Restaurant serves around 100 Covers per service within a contemporary environment and the kitchen has a brigade of 12 chefs. Within the kitchen you will have the opportunity to learn every section of the kitchen including pastry as all chefs rotate in order to develop further.
The Head Chef Proprietor is a Multi Award Winning Chef who takes time into mentoring and training all his chefs and you will be working within a fully equipped kitchen with a professional environment.
As a Commis Chef you must have either your NVQ Level 1 or 2 or atleast 12 months experience of working with fresh food. You must have an excellent attitude and the willingness to learn and be looking to start your career working within the gastronomic market.
