The kitchen is large and very well equipped with lots of natural light and is very well laid out. The kitchen is looking to acheive their third AA Rosette therefore you must have a 3AA Rosette background. The head chef has come from a full Michelin background and has joined the hotel in order to take it further.
As Sous Chef you will be working for this luxury hotel with the Award Winning Restaurant serving around 90 Covers per service Modern British Cuisine. The hotel also has a popular terrace which serves around 50 covers.
As Sous Chef you will responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the cooking and preparation of the Award-winning cuisine on offer. You will also be required to train, motivate and lead the brigade.
You will need at least 5 years experience of working within similar properties and only want to work for the best.
