The Hotel serves around 80 covers within the Restaurant and up to 40 for Private Dining. It is spacious and Contemoprary and very minimalist in style.

As Waiter or Waitress, you will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality and have previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress working within a high standard establishment. You will ensure an exceptional level of service is provided at all times. This is a very hands on role where you will have direct contact with all guests.

Ongoing training is offered with the role and you will be trained on food/wine combinations and the intricate side of food and wine.
