Our client is looking for a talented Sous Chef to complement the brigade of 6 with a fine dining restaurant in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
The cuisine is Modern British. The restaurant has 80 covers. The style of cuisine is simple but using the best of local produce. The kitchen works closely with local suppliers and has been recently awarded with their first AA rosette.
The Head Chef wants to move the brigade and the cuisine forward to gain their 2nd rosette.
The Head Chef is looking for a enthusiastic and passionate Sous Chef to support and assist him in the day to day running of the kitchen as well as gaining more accolades and putting this restaurant on the map.
