Job Description:

An award winning Restaurant Company is looking for an Assistant General Manager to run this busy operation in the City of London.

The Restaurant has 150 covers and their lunchtime trade is very fast and furious and as Assistant General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the business. You will report to the General Manager and run service, train and motivate staff, ensure that the payroll and sales are in line with company standards.

This is an ideal role for a restaurant Manager that is looking to join an innovative company that is definitely growing and has expansion plans that could offer personal career development.
