Our client the director of a Hotel in Launceston is seeking to appoint an ambitious Sous Chef to add new ideas to the team of 7 in the kitchen. You will be joining a new team with their sights on developing the restaurant side of the business with the change to a more modern rustic style menu which makes more use of fresh produce and respects the seasons.
This great exciting opportunity will need a well-organised person with some good quality experience. You will also be involved with the functions and wedding side of the business, which makes this position a busy one.
Our client is seeking a long-term commitment fromthere new Sous Chef and is able to offer a friendly working atmosphere and the chance for some of your ideas to be heard
