A new head chef has just been brought in to improve standards gain rosettes and make a name in the local area.
This luxury hotel is already a very busy wedding venue catering for up to the x100 cover mark. So banqueting would be advantageous. They have a fine dine restaurant and also an orangery which offers a more laid back approach to dining.
Our client is looking for a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor who is looking to take on the role of working closely with the GM and ensuring the smooth running of all the dining services on offer in this picturesque Hotel . You must have a outgoing , strong personality and a passion to achieve.
