BAR MANAGER - MANCHESTER - FUNKY HOTEL - BAR MANAGER Bar Manager required in Manchester for this unique luxury hotel in the City Centre. The hotel is looking for someone who is not only a strong manager but also someone who can build a rapport with customers and enjoys the interaction with guests.
As Bar Manager you will report directly to the General Manager and be resonsible for a team of around 10. As Bar Manager you will be in charge of the training and motivation of your team ensuring a first class customer service is given at all times. You will also be responsible for staff rota's and any other issues in the bar area.
Hotel experience is preferred and an excellent attitude and smart appearance is essential.
The Hotel has over 40 individually designed bedrooms and is part of a small group of Hotels where there is lots of scope to develop further.
