Sous Chef required for a brasserie style restaurant located in a hotel in Buckinghamshire
The Role:
Working as a Sous Chef in a brigade of 10 chefs, you will be creating meals for a brasserie style restaurant that serves traditional dishes using local, seasonal produce to a very high standard.As Sous Chef you will be expected to assist the Head Chef with the management of the kitchen and the brigade and deputise in their absence.
Requirements:
This position requires an experienced Sous Chef who has had a stable but progressive career within restaurants.Ideally all applicants to this position will have had experience working within AA Rosette accredited properties
