The Role:
This award winning hotel requires a Junior Sous Chef to work in the brasserie restaurant serving traditional dishes using fresh local produce.This restaurant has very high standards and it would be part of your role as Junior Sous Chef to ensure that these standards are maintained through training the junior chefs and deputising for the Sous Chef.
Requirements:
This position is ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie wanting to take their first Junior Sous Chef role within a quality environment.Candidates to this role should have stable CVs with a background in high quality restaurants, preferably with AA Rosette experience.
