ha ha Victoria is a 2 floor bar and restaurant only a 2 minute walk from Victoria mainline station that has recently been refurbished. Upstairs we have a 240 cover restaurant with an open kitchen, part of the upstairs is a balcony overlooking Cardinal Place and downstairs is the bar area serving lunch during the day & buffets/nibbles during the evenings.Victoria is a very busy unit with a 60/40 wet/dry split and we are looking for candidates that are experienced working in a fast-paced commercial environment and managing a large team.
In all our sites customers can choose from regularly updated food menus, designed to refresh, excite and satisfy any appetite. ha ha is a growing brand within The Bay Restaurant Group.
Bay Restaurants will be one of the leading operators in the casual dining market with 217 units across three industry-leading restaurant brands, The Slug & Lettuce, ha ha bar & grill and La Tasca.
Head Chef – What we want
As a Head Chef you will have responsibility and accountability for:
- Management and training of the Kitchen Team
- Operational and Legal compliance
- Achieving quality and specification standards
- Stock control and management
- Specials menu development
- Achievement of GP and quality targets
