Bay Restaurant Group Limited (Bay Restaurants) is a new company which has been formed to acquire selected assets from within the former Laurel business.
Bay Restaurants will be one of the leading operators in the casual dining market with 217 units across three industry-leading restaurant brands. The restaurant business will comprise 84 Slug and Lettuce, 24 ha ha Bar & Grill and 24 pipeline sites being acquired, together with 85 La Tasca Restaurants which have now been merged with Laurel’s former food-led business to create the new restaurant company which will be the fourth largest casual dining operator in the UK.
Kitchen Manager / Head Chef – What we want

- Management and training of the Kitchen Team
- Operational and Legal compliance
- Achieving quality and specification standards
- Stock control and management
- Menu development
- Achievement of GP and quality targets
