We are looking for a local Chef to work in our clients beautiful 14th century Inn in Sudbury.
The established serves fresh local produce on there simple English menu and would like a Chef to manage the kitchen, maintain standards, write traditional English Specials and serve simple quality food.
You should have a background in a similar environment with a passion for cooking and a strong ability to work alone and with other members of the Pub team.
