The company are looking for tenants throughout the North of England and Midlands.

You will have total responsibility for your own business. The operations are community pubs with a strong wet trade as well as an opportunity to serve fresh wholesome pub food with regular lunch and early evening trade. The pubs pride them selves on being the hub of the community with local sport teams and charity events - some of the pubs also have bedrooms.

This is a live-in position and would suit a couple or an individual operator. You will be required to have 10, 000 to put down as a refundable security deposit that basically gets you the keys! You will also have to provide proof of anything up to 25,000 working capital.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking to run their own operation and some form of hospitality experience is beneficial.
