Sous Chef working Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm, for this prestigious corporate unit.
You will be the sous chef running the staff restaurant for 600 employees. A highly motivated, good team player & leader of a brigade of 7 chefs who may already be an existing sous chef or somebody who is looking to move up the ladder as a sous chef for the first time.
You will be organised & have an excellent flare for food.Working closely with the Head Chef and stepping in for hospitality and fine dining as required.
The Sous Chef will be overall responsible in the head chefs absence.
