Chef Manager required to work Monday to Friday 7am-3.30pm.
As a chef manager you will be responsible for a small team in this City blue chip organisation for a national contract catering company.
You will be organising the staff at the same time be the only chef as the chef manager cooking for a buy hospitality kitchen, No staff restaurant purely working finger/fork buffets and daily sandwich lunches. Duties include supervision of staff, bookings, health & safety/hygiene, ordering, stocks, budgets, menu planning and all other day to day duties.
This role would ideally suite a experienced chef manager with previous experience of working as a chef manager within a contract catering unit.
