The Role: Operations Manager

Role Criteria

The ideal Operations Manager will have previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience
The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the hotel
The Operations Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
The Operations Manager will be reporting directly into the General Manager
Operations Manager must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round management experience
The successful Operations Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at assistant / operations management level or higher within a similar operation.
