ALTHOUGH THIS OPERATION IS A HOTEL, THEY DON’T DO ANY FUNCTIONS WHATSOEVER, SO THERE’S NO BUFFETS TO DO, NO WEDDING BREAKFASTS, LARGE SCALE BANQUETING. ITS ALL ABOUT THE RESTAURANT, AND THEIR FOCUS IS ON EXCITING MODERN AND CUTTING EDGE FOOD.
IN A COMMIS CHEF THEY ARE SEEKING A CANDIDATE WITH BAGS OF MOTIVATION AND KEENESS TO LEARN. YOU’LL NEED DECENT KNIFE SKILLS AND BE ABLE TO COPE WITH SERVICE TIMES, BUT PASSION FOR FOOD AND ENTHUSIASM ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT.
SO THERE’S PLENTY TO GET INVOVED WITH HERE. YOU’LL BE COOKING FANTASTIC FOOD, WORKING WITH PROFESSIONALS, AND WILL BE LEARNING NEW SKILLS AND GAINING MORE EXPERIENCE.
