Job Description:   

Sous Chef - Halifax - Gastro Pub - Sous Chef - Sous Chef required in Halifax for this Gastro pub with Award Winning Head Chef. The Gastro Pub offers a Modern British Menu using locally sourced ingredients with a seasonal changing menu. The restaurant serves around 50 covers for lunch and up to 70 for dinner. 

As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef in training and leading a brigade of 6 and be responsible for the kitchen in the head chefs absence.

As Sous Chef you must have experience of working with fresh food and be looking to work within a busy fast paced kitchen where very high quality cuisine is produced.
