Conference and Banqueting Supervisor
Our client is a superb luxury 5 star hotel property within easy reach of Heathrow, Windsor and London. They are currently recruiting for a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor.
The Hotel comprises 49 exquisite bedrooms, boasting the finest in interior design and comfort. Many of the rooms open onto balconies where guests can enjoy breakfast or evening drinks overlooking the 350 acres of parkland and historic gardens. This is a unique classic property combining sumptuous luxury and refined elegance with some of the finest sporting and leisure facilities in the country. Due to it's grounds the property is very famous having starred in many films which were shot on location in the grounds. Superb property to have on any cv with great progression.
The Role: Conference and Banqueting Supervisor
Role Criteria
- The ideal Conference and Banqueting Supervisor will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within a large conference centre.
- The Conference and Banqueting Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring high levels of hygiene and health and safety are adhered to.
- The Conference and Banqueting Supervisor will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- The Conference and Banqueting Supervisor will be reporting directly into the Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager
- Conference and Banqueting Supervisor must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
- The successful Conference and Banqueting Supervisor will have at least 2 years supervisory experience within a similar operation.
