CHEF DE PARTIE - ULLSWATER, LAKE DISTRICT, AWARD WINNING FINE DINING - CHEF DE PARTIE

Chef De Partie required for this Luxury Hotel in the heart of the Lake District in Ullswater. The Restaurant has received numerous awards for their cuisine and serves Modern British Cuisine for around 70 covers. The Hotel is set overlooking Lake Ullswater in an ideal setting and the dining room also has views over the lake.

As Chef De Partie you will assist the Head Chef in the cooking and preparation of the cuisine and be responsible for your own section whilst being trained to work on all sections of the kitchen.

The Head Chef will offer great training and development for the successful Chef de Partie to help you progress with your career in the rosette and fine dining market.

Ideally you will be a Chef De Partie and have proven experience of working within a high quality kitchen and have an excellent attitude and a willingness to learn.

Accommodation is also available if required with free transport to and from work each day.
