Job Description:   

Sous Chef - 2AA Rosette Gastro Pub - Sous Chef - Sous Chef required in North Yorkshire for this 2AA Gastro pub. The Gastro Pub offers a Modern British Menu using locally sourced ingredients with a seasonal changing menu. The restaurant serves around 50 covers for lunch and up to 70 for dinner. 

The Restaurant has been awarded 2AA Rosettes consistently for many years and the Head Chef strives constantly to maintain this by providing a very high quality cuisine.

You will assist the Head Chef in training and leading a brigade of 6 and be responsible for the kitchen in the head chefs absence.

As Sous Chef you must have atleast a 1AA Rosette background and be looking to work within a busy fast paced kitchen where very high quality cuisine is produced.
