As Chef de Rang you will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality and have previous experience as a Chef de Rang working within a high standard establishment. You will ensure an exceptional level of service is provided at all times. This is a very hands on role where you will have direct contact with all guests.

Ongoing training is offered with the role and you will be trained on food/wine combinations and the intricate side of food and wine.
