Chef de Partie - Manchester - AA Rosette Awarded Restaurant

Chef De Partie required in Manchester for this stylish 4* Hotel in the heart of the City Centre.

As Chef De Partie you will be required to assist the brigade in the cooking and preparation of the Award-Winning cuisine that is produced within the kitchen.

You will assist the Senior members of the brigade in the training and motivation of the junior members of the team and help them to keep to the standards that the Head Chef expects from his brigade.

This is a great opportunity for a Demi Chef looking to make the next step in their career and work with one of the best chefs in Manchester.
