Our client is looking for a talented Sous Chef to compliment the brigade of 7 within a stunning costal inn in West Yorkshire.
The restaurant has 80 covers and cuisine is British and Mediterranean. All food appearing on the menu is freshly prepared including bread and ice-cream. The menu is very seasonal and the kitchen uses alot of local suppliers. Food is of a fantastic quality
The Inn all has 9 bedrooms and can cater for weddings and functions for up to 60 guests.
As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in the daily running of this popular establishment. You will offer training and motivate to the brigade, assist the Head Chef in menu planning, costing and dealing with suppliers.
Shift patterns are generally 2 splits and 3 straight shifts weekly.
