Job Description:

Kitchen manager required for busy city centre establishment.

One of the nations leading brands requires an experienced Kitchen manager. The chef will ideally have previous experience of working within a branded establishment with a flair for quality.

With a sound knowledge of all H&S legislation, COSHH and all associated administration. The correct candidate will have fantastic Kitchen Management skills. This will include all aspects of stock control and labour management.
