We are currently recruiting for a Sommelier to take responsibility for serving wine with personality. You will be required to ensure all guests expectations are met during the restaurant experience and providing amazing hospitality to our guests. As part of the role you will be expected to communicate with the restaurant team and other team members and creating memories of an experience that the guest will never forget.

Malmaison Belfast, Victoria Street, situated between the buzzy city centre and the shipping district. Previously a tea warehouse with a dramatic exterior the hotel was established in 2004 and has 64 bedrooms, bar and brasserie with private dining room.
