They are looking for an Assistant Manager with:

Operational experience as an Assistant Manager or who would like to be developed
Organized and has good time management as an Assistant Manager
Can show bundles of personality as an Assistant Manager
A big smile
Passion for the industry as an Assistant Manager or who would like to be developed

If you have Assistant Manager experience or if you feel that you are strong enough to become an Assistant Manger and take that next step then this could be the ideal position for you.
