As Junior Sous Chef you will be working within this Brasserie which is owned by a Michelin Star Chef and their sister property holds their Michelin Star. The Head Chef sources all the ingredients from local suppliers or from the kitchen garden in the sister hotel grounds. As Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in providing the highest quality to the customers and ensure only the best cuisine is served.
You will need at least 4 years experience within similar properties or within high quality kitchens.The successful applicant must have rosette standard background.
