This is a fantastic property with a stylish and contemporary dining space capable of seating over 100 covers and is also a popular wedding venue.
They are making everything from fresh and have developed solid relationships with high quality local suppliers.
The right candidate will be an experienced and qualified Chef de Partie who is keen to take on their first Sous Chef position. You will need to be quick on your feet, calm under pressure and confident enough to support the head chef in a leadership role – if you are not ready to take on full Sous Chef responsibilities then don’t worry about applying for this position.
