Maintanence Manager

Our client is a currently recruiting for a Maintanence Manager

The property

The Role: Maintanence Manager

Role Criteria

The ideal Maintanence Manager will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience
The Maintanence Manager will be responsible for ensuring the facilties of the hotel are all in excellent working order
The Maintanence Manager will be responsible for the health & safety of all machinery in the hotel
The Maintanence Manager will be reporting directly into the Operations Manager - working with the Head HK
The Maintanence Manager must have excellent knowledge of electrics, plumbing etc
