We are looking for a fantastic Head Chef with at least 2-year’s experience within a fast moving, hands-on, high-pressured role within the restaurant industry. We need a great leader who can control costs, produce excellent food consistently. Dishes are cooked to order use fresh ingredients presented in a simple but stylish manner This company is focused on its employees and can been seen through its exceptional salaries and very structured, thorough training periods with development plans in place for all!
You will help head up the kitchen with the support and guidance from your group executive chef. You will always ensure expectional standards throughout all areas of the kitchen; you will lead and motivate your team by example and your own energy. While at the same time you will be shown and trained who to manage financial issues such as, writing budgets, controlling cost’s and improving efficiency.
