You will need previous sous chef experience for at least 2 years in order to qualify for this role.
As sous chef in this popular Somerset gastro pub, you will be part of a team of 6 producing up to 70 covers. As sous chef you will report directlyto the head chef and be supervising the younger chefs and maintaining quality under pressure and their 1AA Rosette.Style is modern British and similar experience as a sous chef at the same level and style will be needed.This is live out position
