Junior Sous Chef required for a corporate hotel located in the West Midlands
The Role:
Large, busy corporate requires a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade to assist with the management of the kitchen.The property offers a carvery service during busy periods, a la carte branded menu and extensive banqueting services to its guests.As Junior Sous Chef you would be expected to assist with the training and development of the team and deputise in the Sous Chefs absence.
Requirements:
Candidates to this position should have previous experience working within a large, corporate property and be experienced Senior Chef de Partie’ s looking for the next step in their career or a Sous Chef willing to take the step back to Junior Sous Chef in order to work in such a property.The hotel is part of an international group that offers excellent training and career development opportunities.
