Our clients are looking for an accomplished Property/ Maintenance Professional that can take control of their hotel. The hotel operates at a good 4* standard and has facilities of 150+ rooms, extensive leisure and conferencing. Development opportunities could see the successful candidate take responsibilty for more than one site.
Salary is negotiable above the salary listed for the right candidate.
- As Maintenance/ Property Manager / Chief Engineer, you be experienced in similar roles with 4 or 5 star hotels.
- As Maintenance/ Property Manager / Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of health and safety and upkeep of the hotel.
- As Maintenance/ Property Manager / Chief Engineer, you will be part of the senior management team reporting directly to the General Manager.
- This position would suit an assistant Maintenance/ Property Manager / Chief Engineer looking for progression.
