You’ll work closely with your restaurant’s General Manager in making every single feature as good as it can be. This will include motivating your team to achieve higher standards, providing exceptional food and service and meeting ambitious targets. Indeed, you’ll actively strive to exceed every single customer’s expectation – so that they come back time and again.

Your skills and qualifications as Assistant Manager will include:

• Proven experience in hospitality, retail or leisure industries

• Excellent IT and organisational skills
