Sports Bar Chef de Partie - £14,000 + Live in – Norwich Hotel
As Chef de Partie you will be required to assist the Sports Bar Head Chef in the smooth running of this very busy Kitchen. We are looking for a great Chef de Partie, who can work under pressure and maintain a level head. As Chef de Partie you will be required to produce, good quality (home cooking) food for both residents of the Hotel, Golf Members and Visitors. You will be required to ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have either a Good Quality Pub or Golf Club background.
Free Golf and leisure membership
You must have NVQ Level 2 and basic food hygiene
