This is an impressive hotel, part of an award winning hotel group, set in beautiful surroundings with extensive amenities including excellent conference and banqueting facilities, large leisure and beauty complex plus a golf course.
As a shift leader -Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
-Running shits and managing a team of 3/4
·Providing a warm welcome to guests
·Performing check-in and providing information on the hotel and local area
·Operating the switchboard
·Making reservations
·Dealing with any enquiries or special requests
·Performing check-out and clearing guest bills
·Cashiering and balancing the float
·Delivering great customer service
·Working effectively and managing /developing the team
·Communicating with other departments
The working pattern is five days out of seven on early and late shifts, as the business requires, reporting to the Reception Manager.
The ideal candidate for this role will be computer literate, polite and professional with an excellent telephone manner and command of the English language. Great communication and team working skills are required for this position.
